About Me

As you have probably figured out, my name is Max Margulis and I attend Bridgeview Art School. I enjoy sculpting and painting. Many of my artistic creations are based on sports and music. I play the piano and have been doing so for the past couple of years. I was born on December 14, 1988.

Sport is something I enjoy, as you can tell from the themes of my artwork, the things in my office, and the Sports Ideas section I put on this website. I know a lot about sports and it interests me to no end. Football is my favorite sport to watch and play, but I am quite undersized at 5-8. I’ve always wanted to play quarterback, just like John Elway, but my arm isn’t that strong. I can play linebacker. I like playing baseball as well and enjoy watching the occasional game. I love playing basketball, but can’t stand watching it, only during the NBA finals can I watch a game. I like going to Madison Square Garden though. It is thrilling. Hockey is a sport I can watch but not play, because of my inability to skate. My cousin Lev plays though.

As for music, I love to play the piano. Although I am very busy I try to practice whenever I can. I have learned many songs and I’ve mastered parts of the Sonatine by F. Kuhlau, my favorite song to play. I prefer playing a real piano, as opposed to an electrical one, because as odd as it seems a real one is louder and sounds much better.

I also travel a lot. The places I’ve been to include Paris, Washington, D.C.; Baltimore, Los Angeles, Orlando, Tampa Bay, Seattle, Ottawa, Toronto, Lake George, Amsterdam, Belgium, Virginia Beach, Boston (can’t remember), and Dallas (can’t remember). Many of the places I’ve been to more than once. I love traveling. My favorite place outside of New York is Paris. I also enjoyed Toronto and Seattle very much. One thing about traveling I love is museums, which is interesting because when I was younger, I couldn’t stand them.
